Pay by cash, check, travelers check or money order and receive a 5% discount from our posted rates! Rates range from $147.00 -$230.50 per night (excluding cash discount), single or double occupancy, depending on accommodation and breakfast options selected. Discounts available for longer stays. Weekly and monthly rates available. Do not apply to Holiday Weeks or 3 day weekends. Please call for an exact quote. Our rates are subject to change without notice and do not include the 10% hotel tax. Additional guests are billed at $25 per person per night. Weekends and holidays require a 2 or 3 night minimum stay. Reservations are courtesy held with a credit card, until payment in personal check is received. Rates quoted with our 5% cash, check, or money order discount. Payment by check when booking ahead is preferred, however we will honor Visa and Master Card payment options at appropriate full rate. To accommodate varied needs, we do provide flexibility around breakfast service. Your stay normally includes our deluxe homemade breakfast delivered to your door on weekends and holidays and partially stocked with hot egg and pastry basket delivery on weekdays, for your enjoyment in the privacy of your space. Or, should you prefer, without any breakfast at all, at an appropriate discount. During the off seasons and for those of you preferring "off Hours" breakfast with advance notice we can stock breakfast in your refrigerator for consumption at your chosen time. Weekly and monthly rates include either first or last day breakfast service. Check in is after 3:30pm and checkout is 11:00am, unless otherwise arranged in advance.


Policies

Payment
A reservation is guaranteed once payment by check or credit card information is received. A courtesy hold on your reservation can be held for up to 7 days with a credit card, pending receipt of personal check. Full payment is requested at the time of booking if reservation is within 3 months. If beyond 3 months, a 50% deposit will reserve the space, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Ask about special event payment policies.

Cancellation Policy
If your cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit is returned less a $25.00 handling fee per night booked. If you cancel less than 14 days before and we are unable to re-book your reservation, you will receive a credit for a midweek stay Sunday through Thursday (Holiday weeks excluded), for one calendar year from your cancellation. These credits are transferable to family members or friends and are good for a year after the original reservation

Arrival & Departure
Check-in time is after 3:30pm, and check-out is before 11:00am, unless arranged to the contrary with the Innkeeper. To provide you full flexibility with no hassle or pressure to arrive by a set time we arrange "seamless" check in for most of the One Mesa guests. Late check-in can be accommodated as well as early luggage drop off. Please make those arrangements at the time you finalize your reservation.
